Meet with cuppers (what is the word in Spanish check with Annie), visit the Ana Café headquarters in Guatemala City, hike through small lot coffee plantations run by Guatemalan families who have farmed coffee here for decades. Lyndsay personally knows coffee exporters, growers, roasters and some of the best boutique cafes in the country.
